For how long can I rent an inflatable?
Inflatable rentals run from 12noon – 6pm. If you require time outside of this window, please call us.
Is delivery included in the rental cost for the inflatables?
No; the delivery charge is dependent on your location and it is inclusive of set-up and teardown.
What are the power requirements for the inflatables?
A 15Amp outlet that would be dedicated to just one unit is needed to prevent the circuit breaker from tripping. The power outlet should be within 100ft of the inflatable unit.
What kind of set-up space is needed for the inflatables?
A level floor devoid of sharp objects, obstacles and hanging trees
How do I make a reservation?
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a booking; balance payment is to be made at the latest 5 days before the reserved event date.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes; we understand that “life” happens so we offer solutions to work around it:
- You can cancel at no charge or reschedule your event due to inclement weather conditions such as rain and strong winds. Please note that the rescheduling has to be done within 2 weeks of the initial booking cancellation.
- Outside of inclement weather conditions, please note that cancellation has to be done at the latest 3 days before the reserved event date so that we have time to open up that day to others. If you are unable to provide the 3-day notice, you may be liable to a 50% charge on the full amount.
